Crustless Salmon Quiche



This crustless salmon quiche is a keto-friendly and low-carb dish packed with protein and healthy fats. It's perfect for a quick and satisfying breakfast, brunch, or lunch.

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz canned salmon, drained
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese cheddar or Gruyere
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350F 175C

Grease a pie dish with olive oil

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper

Add the drained salmon, shredded cheese, diced onion, and chopped spinach to the egg mixture

Stir well to combine

Pour the mixture into the prepared pie dish

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the quiche is set and slightly golden on top

Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving
