Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken, cut into serving pieces
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1 large carrot, peeled and sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup liver spread
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a large pot, heat cooking oil over medium heat
Saut garlic and onion until fragrant
Add chicken pieces and cook until lightly browned
Pour soy sauce and cook for another 2 minutes
Stir in tomato sauce and liver spread
Mix well
Add water and bring to a boil
Simmer for 20 minutes
Add potatoes and carrots
Cook until vegetables are tender
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Add red and green bell peppers
Cook for another 5 minutes
Sprinkle grated cheese on top and serve hot
